Blog Tour: Children of Sun and Moon by Matt Larkin GIVEAWAY!

Hello! We're here today to present you a new and exciting book.
Children of Sun and Moon by Matt Larkin it's the first installment in the epic fantasy Skyfall Trilogy.

The Lunar King bargained his daughter away in marriage to end generations of war between the two dynasties of the Skyfall Isles. The King sends his niece Chandi along as handmaid to his daughter. Chandi has two tasks: watch over her cousin, and spy on the Solars. Still seething over the death of her lover during the war, Chandi accepts the task he gives her. The Solars cost her everything she cares about, and now she wants nothing more than proof of their treachery so she can go home.

She knows little of spying, but the blood of the Moon God running through her veins gives her powers mortals can’t match, powers that let her slip into places she’s not supposed to be. Of course, the more she uses her powers, the faster she becomes a lunatic.

When she discovers a Solar soldier, Naresh, watching her, she decides to return the favor and stick close to him. But as he shows her the wonders of the domed underwater city, she begins to realize the Solars are not what she thought. Soon, she’ll have to choose between loyalty to her people and her own heart.

About the author:
I was born and raised in Virginia, but now live in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The Florida gulf coast offers a wonderful place to live and write, except if a hurricane strays too close. In Virginia I graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in Philosophy, and later attended the University of Denver for certification in publishing.
In 2011 I married the wonderful Tarannum "Juhi" Larkin who supports all my crazy obsessions, including writing fantasy novels. That support is so crucial for a writer, and I can't thank her enough. Juhi's from India and runs a small pawn business for imports and collectibles. We don't have any pets, but we have some great potted plants.
I've been telling stories since I was a child, most of them fantasy. I'm a voracious reader; I devour epic fantasies, and lately urban ones as well. I read some science fiction and a handful of other genres. My Kindle has to be one of the best gifts I ever bought myself, because now I can read just about anything instantly. I just wish it had a better selection of non-fiction. I also enjoy speculative fiction movies and television, and when I have the time (which isn't too often anymore), video games, Magic: The Gathering, and roleplaying games. Yep, I'm a gamer geek, it's true.
